While the goal of any aesthetic treatment is to enhance your natural beauty, sometimes the results may not align with your vision. For these moments, there is a safe and effective solution. Using Hylanex, a purified enzyme called hyaluronidase, I can precisely dissolve hyaluronic acid fillers.
This process allows me to correct overfilled or asymmetrical areas, smooth lumps or migrated filler, or simply reset your look. Most importantly, it is an essential tool for managing rare but serious complications, prioritizing your health and safety above all else. My goal is to restore your features and your confidence, ensuring you love the face you see in the mirror.
HYLANEX .............................................................................. $200
Hylanex is a purified form of hyaluronidase, a natural-like enzyme that is specifically formulated to break down hyaluronic acid (HA). When carefully injected into an area with HA filler, it works by essentially melting the synthetic filler product. This allows your body to safely and quickly absorb it for a precise reversal or correction.
Hyaluronidase begins working almost immediately, with the most noticeable effects appearing over the next 24 to 48 hours. While there is no formal downtime, it is common to experience some temporary swelling, bruising, and tenderness in the treated area. These effects typically resolve on their own within a few days.
This is a common concern, but dissolving filler will not leave your skin looking saggy or damaged. The reversal process simply returns your tissue to its state before the filler was injected, allowing your skin's natural elasticity to resume. You will essentially go back to your baseline appearance prior to your filler treatment.
Hyaluronidase is only effective on fillers made from hyaluronic acid, such as those in the Juvéderm and Restylane families. It will not work on biostimulatory fillers like Radiesse or Sculptra. This is why a consultation is essential to confirm the type of filler you have before proceeding.
